With the Poste Italiane App, you can save time and:

• Book an appointment: choose the most convenient Post Office location and time on the map, receive a personalized reminder, and simply go to the Post Office at the scheduled time, avoiding waiting.
• Speed up your counter operations: fill in the requested information in the app and save time by presenting the QR code. You will complete money transfers, mobile top-ups, Postepay prepaid card top-ups, and mailing quickly.
• Send packages and mail: easily send packages from home with just a few clicks. We can also pick them up from your address. Not only that, but you can also write and send registered mail, telegrams, or letters online.
• Track your shipments: quickly track the status of packages and mail at a glance.
• Make secure payments: scan the code to pay bills, vehicle tax, motorcycle tax, and PagoPA payments.
• View communications: easily perform advanced searches among the communications received on the Poste Italiane notice board (notices, reminders, payments).

• Make payments and quick transactions: recharge your Postepay card, pay bills, send and request money (P2P), make bank transfers and postal orders, withdraw without a card using the app, and top-up mobile phones.
• View recent transactions: see a summary of all transactions made from your account or card.
• Manage your cards: view the PIN numbers of your cards, set up recurring transactions (e.g., top-ups), establish payment and withdrawal limits, block cards, and set up bill domiciliation.
